As you know, I am always on the lookout for healthy dessert alternatives.
This shake gives you exactly what you want in a dessert without any added sugar. It’s thick, creamy, and delicious.
Even though I would love to, I can’t take the credit for this recipe. My husband actually came up with it! Sometimes his cooking rivals my own, but let’s just keep that between you and me

Notes & Tips
To make your life a lot easier, peel your banana and place into a plastic baggy before freezing. The banana we used was only partially frozen, so we had to use more ice. If your banana is frozen throughout, you may only need to use 4 ice cubes.
